Yoga/Pilates Fusion

Yoga.Pilates flowExpect a Yoga Flow style class with added components of body weight strength and bursts of cardiovascular endurance for a whole body experience. In this intermediate class, students can expect to link breath with movement, cultivate heat, fatigue the muscles, and build upon existing strength.
