The Town Manager is the chief executive officer for all Town of Essex departments, budgets, and operations. The Town Manager is responsible for the resources of the Town and the general conduct of its affairs. The Town Manager holds meetings with citizens, private groups, and other members of the community to bridge the gap between board decisions and the day-to-day administration of local government services.
