Recreation Customer Service Specialist

Resolve patron challenges and guide them to solutions, resulting in a positive brand experience. Be friendly and outgoing in nature. We seek someone people-oriented, give attention to detail, adaptable, have the ability to work under pressure, and exercises good judgment. Requires patience, a positive attitude, smile, love for parks and recreation, and genuine care for the community. Proven customer support experience, excellent communication skills (verbal and written), and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Must be computer savvy, and able to learn a new software program.
